1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Buddycircle website, requesting a booking, or engaging our concierge team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Eligibility
Buddycircle services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. All casino entries in Germany strictly require valid government-issued identification. Underage access is prohibited under German law.
3. Booking & Reservations
All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our concierge team within 24 hours. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit.
- Standard suite bookings require a 30% deposit at confirmation
- VIP and Presidential suite bookings require full prepayment
- Group bookings (5+ guests) follow custom terms negotiated with our team
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply based on advance notice:
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund (less 5% admin fee)
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: no refund (insurance recommended)
- No-shows forfeit the full reservation value
5. VIP Membership
VIP tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum Diamond Elite) are annual subscriptions. Benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled 30 days prior to renewal.
6. Casino Conduct & Dress Code
Guests are required to observe the dress code at all partner casinos. Smart elegant attire is mandatory at Baden-Baden Casino. Spielbank Berlin observes a smart-casual standard. Buddycircle reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not meet these standards.
7. Gaming & Liability
Buddycircle is a luxury concierge provider; we do not operate gaming activities. All gaming is conducted by licensed German operators. Buddycircle is not responsible for gaming losses, gains, or disputes between guests and casino operators.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, imagery, design, code, and logos — is the property of Buddycircle Entertainment Group. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddycircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including travel disruptions, third-party hotel issues, or casino-related losses.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, with disputes resolved in the courts of Helsinki, unless EU consumer law dictates otherwise for your jurisdiction.
11. Modifications
Buddycircle may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members and posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
